Der flexible Infrarot-Sensorschalter DFRobot ist ein Set von Sender und Empfänger in einem der Lichtschranken-Sensoren. Der Erfassungsabstand kann entsprechend der Anforderung eingestellt werden. Der Sensor hat einen Erfassungsbereich von 3-80 cm. Der DFRobot flexible Infrarot-Sensorschalter ist klein, einfach zu bedienen, kostengünstig, einfach zu montieren und kann weithin im Roboter verwendet werden, um Hindernisse zu umgehen, für interaktive Medien, in industrielle Montagelinien und bei vielen anderen Gelegenheiten. Die Schaltsignalausgabe unterscheidet sich entsprechend den Hindernissen. Sie bleibt hoch, wenn keine Hindernisse vorhanden sind, und bleibt niedrig, wenn Hindernisse vorhanden sind. Es gibt ein helles Licht hinter der Sonde, um den Bereich von 3 cm - 80 cm zu erfassen.
The sensor is easy to connect and the detection distant adjustment is easy to use. When placing the sensor in a confined spaced, the user needs to calibrate the distance adjustment prior mounting the sensor in the bracket.

The quality is not the best being there are rough edges in the mold of the plastic. I guess for the price that is what you get. The function of it is very good. It has an adjustable trimpot on the back to dail in exactly where you want it to trigger.

Surprisingly good considering the price. Notes: - Fairly precise adjustment but the min and max ranges tend to vary from one unit to the other. - The min range could be a little shorter. It varies between 1.5 and 3 inches depending on the unit and the nature of the reflective surface. - There is a convenient LED integrated inside the sensor body which helps adjusting the range or debugging for embedded applications. - The plastic threads on the sensor body are pretty fragile. - Some units appear to be sensitive to RF fields. I stuck a bunch of these right next to RFID readers and about half of the sensors would stay on when the RFID readers were active. Moving them away a few cm did the trick.

Étonnamment bon vu le prix. Remarques: - Réglage assez précis mais les plages min et max ont tendance à varier d’une unité à l’autre. - La plage minimale pourrait être un peu plus courte. Il varie entre 1,5 et 3 pouces en fonction de l'unité et de la nature de la surface réfléchissante. - Une DEL pratique intégrée au corps du capteur facilite le réglage de la plage ou la mise au point pour les applications intégrées. - Les fils en plastique sur le corps du capteur sont assez fragiles. - Certaines unités semblent être sensibles aux champs RF. J'en ai collé plusieurs à côté des lecteurs RFID et environ la moitié des capteurs restaient allumés lorsque les lecteurs RFID étaient actifs. Les éloigner de quelques cm a fait l'affaire.
