De Hitec HS-785HB Lier Servomotor is een lier servomotor die is ontworpen voor op afstand bestuurbare zeilboten. De behuizing is water- en stofdicht en kan in ruige omgevingen worden gebruikt. Het beschikt over Karbonite-tandwielen en kogellageraandrijving. De lierservo is niet zoals andere standaardservo's, het is een servo met meerdere omwentelingen. Met een pulsbreedte van 600-2400 microseconden zal hij 2826 ° draaien. Een 1000-2000 zou ongeveer 144° zijn.

If you look properly for its limits, this servo allows for roughly five turns (not just three and a half) with Arduino standard servo library. Less accurate than regular servos at the end points, with rather obvious speed slopes, but still very nice indeed. General behaviour improves notoriously with 6.0V instead of 4.8V.

Servo à 5 tours, très agréable si la précision n'est pas indispensable.
Si vous recherchez correctement ses limites, ce servo permet environ cinq tours (et pas seulement trois tours et demi) avec la bibliothèque de servo standard Arduino. Moins précis que les servos normaux aux points finaux, avec des pentes de vitesse assez évidentes, mais toujours très agréable. Le comportement général s'améliore notoirement avec 6.0V au lieu de 4.8V.
