Excellent product and service
We recently order some robotic hands for our two robotic teams. The members were able to assemble the hands in about an hour using the online directions. The parts were delivered to us in about 5 days after ordering them. The customer service has been great. The company answered a question I had concerning my invoice by calling me within one hour.
