Its a spring

Cant figure out how to use this, because there are no images or instructions. I just know that I want to stop the servo from dropping when power is off, and to stop buzzing and wasting amps when its holding load. This site needs a makeover. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The product is really just a spring and is used on the Lynxmotion AL5 series robot arms.
