To utilize was very easy, and would utilize for simple project needing breadboard. Very few components to make functional.

Good to shrink a project down
Very good to shrink a project down, in space and cost... you can program it using an Arduino Uno and then put it on a board with some components to not have to use a full arduino each time.

once you've figured out what your project is going to do, one of these, a circuit-board and a bit of solder go a long way to building the perfect little MCU with only the bare minimum parts!
