The Waveshare Dual Gigabit Ethernet Mini-Computer for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (not Included) (EU) is a sophisticated base board designed to enhance the capabilities of the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4. This mini-computer is ideal for both evaluating the Raspberry Pi CM4 and integrating it into end products, offering robust Ethernet functionality. It is available in two versions, V2 and V3, which differ slightly in component layout but maintain identical functionality.
The mini-computer kit includes an aluminum alloy case, a fan for efficient heat dissipation, and a power supply adapter. It supports dual Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 connections, three USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, and features a 40PIN GPIO header for connecting various HATs. Additionally, it provides dual HDMI outputs capable of 4K 30fps, MIPI DSI and CSI ports for display and camera connectivity, and a real-time clock with a battery socket.
This device is equipped with a TF card socket for Compute Module 4 Lite variants and supports a wide voltage range power input from 7V to 36V. The inclusion of a cooling fan with adjustable speed ensures optimal performance. The mini-computer is suitable for applications such as binocular vision Raspberry Pi projects and other industrial contexts, with wall mount support for convenient installation.
