The Sherline Manual 8-Inch Tabletop Lathe Package B (Inch) (EU) is a compact and versatile machine designed for precision work on small parts. It is particularly suitable for clockmakers, modelers, and anyone requiring a lathe that can be easily accommodated in limited spaces. This lathe allows for turning parts up to 3.5 inches in diameter over the bed and 1.88 inches over the carriage, with the option to increase the capacity to 6 inches with additional riser blocks. The lathe provides 8 inches of space between centers, making it ideal for a variety of small-scale projects.

Equipped with an electronic speed control, the lathe offers a continuously variable speed range from 70 to 2800 RPM, eliminating the need for belt changes. A secondary pulley position is available to provide extra torque at lower speeds if required.
