It is capable of turning parts up to 3.5 inches in diameter over the bed and 1.88 inches over the carriage, with the option to increase this capacity to 6 inches in diameter with the use of riser blocks. The lathe provides 8 inches of space between centers, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including clockmaking and modeling.
