The Sherline 12-Inch Deluxe Tabletop Mill CNC-Ready (Inch) (EU) is a precision-engineered machine designed for seamless integration with CNC systems, catering to both hobbyists and professionals who demand high-quality results in their machining projects. This tabletop mill is ideal for creating small, precision parts and is capable of machining materials such as wood, plastic, aluminum, and steel. Despite its compact size, it offers the precision and accuracy of a full-sized machine, making it suitable for light-industrial and home-shop applications.

This CNC-ready mill comes equipped with factory-installed stepper motor mounts, replacing traditional handwheels, and is prepared for the addition of stepper motors and computer numeric controls. It is important to note that CNC-ready machines require the installation of stepper motors before they can be operational. The inclusion of handwheels allows for manual control once dual-shaft stepper motors are installed, providing flexibility in operation.

The mill features a robust 90V DC motor with an electronic speed controller, ensuring consistent performance across a range of speeds. The 12-inch base supports a 2.75-inch by 13.0-inch table with two T-slots, facilitating versatile workpiece handling. Additional components include pulleys, a drive belt, hexagonal keys, spindle bars, and a gib removal tool, all contributing to the machine's functionality and ease of use.

Oil reservoirs on the X, Y, and Z axes ensure that critical parts remain lubricated, enhancing the machine's longevity and performance.
