The Sherline 10-Inch Tabletop Mill Package A CNC-Ready (Metric) (EU) is a sophisticated milling machine designed to enhance machining capabilities for both hobbyists and professional machinists. This CNC-ready mill is equipped with factory-installed stepper motor mounts, replacing traditional handwheels, and is prepared for the addition of stepper motors and computer numeric controls. It is important to note that the machine is not operational until these components are installed. The inclusion of handwheels allows for manual control once dual-shaft stepper motors are applied, providing flexibility in operation.
The mill features a robust 90V DC motor with an electronic speed controller, ensuring consistent performance. Its 10-inch base supports a table with two T-slots, facilitating secure workpiece placement. The machine is designed with oil reservoirs on the X/Y axes and the Z-axis, which help maintain lubrication for critical components, enhancing durability and performance during extended use.
