The ServoCity 5304 Series Saturn Planetary Gear Motor w/ Encoder (99.5:1, 180 rpm) features a 24V brushed DC motor integrated with a 36mm diameter planetary gearbox, delivering a no-load speed of 180 RPM at 24VDC. This motor is compatible with a 20V power tool battery system, offering flexibility in power options. The 8mm REX™ shaft is designed for compatibility with a wide range of goBILDA® motion components, and the gearbox head allows for direct attachment to these components, enhancing its versatility in various applications. The motor includes two power wires that ensure plug-and-play compatibility with goBILDA® motor controllers through 3.5mm bullet connectors. While the encoder is not required for standard operation, it can be accessed via a JST XH plug for advanced position and velocity control. Note: Stalling this motor may cause irreparable damage; exercise extreme caution in applications with hard limits such as linear slides and rotating arms.
