Mecabot Pro is an ideal Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) platform for robotic education, R&D projects and rapid prototyping. Mecabot Pro is equipped with builtin ROS Controller, LiDAR, Depth Camera, STM32 Motor/Power/IMU and metal chassis with omnidirectional mecanum wheels.

Mecabot Pro saves time and money for rapid prototyping or product development. Its battery life can go up to 8 hours without loading or 6.5 hours with loading. This is a serious professional AMR platform to be integrated into industrial and service robots both for indoor applications. It can carry up to 20 kg payload and climb up to 30 degree slope.

Mecabot Pro comes with revolutionary Power Management Units including Power Mag and Super Charge. Power Mag is a magnetic LFP battery allows quick and easy battery swaps. Mecabot Pro S takes it further, integrating Super Charge, the automatic charging solution.

Both Mecabot Pro and Mecabot Pro S come pre-loaded with MiROS, a cloud-based ROS DevKit with a user-friendly graphical interface. They also include free tutorials, supported by a global ROS community.

What is MiROS

MiROS is a cloud-based programming tool for ROS with graphical user interface. Rosbot 2 comes preinstalled with the MiROS Agent, enabling a constant SSH connection between your computer and your robot. If you’re developing a ROS project on a Mac or PC, there’s no need to install Ubuntu or use a virtual machine. You can access the ROS environment directly through a web browser and remotely connect to your robot. The MiROS graphical interface supports drag-and-drop programming and automatically generates ROS code, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

What is Power Mag

Power Mag is a magnetic battery that easily attaches to Mecabot's metal surface, enabling quick battery swaps. Its core is powered by LFP (lithium iron phosphate) technology, which is ideal for EVs, solar energy storage, and mobile robots. LFP batteries are safer, charge faster, offer better heat resistance, and have a longer lifespan. They are also more environmentally friendly and cost-effective compared to other battery types.

What is Super Charge

Super Charge is an automatic charging solution for Rosbots, Mecabots, and Pickerbots. The Mecabot Pro 2S models are bundled with the Super Charge auto charging station. Super Charge can also be purchased separately and easily deployed to pair with any compatible Rosbot, Mecabot, or Pickerbot.

ROS and Ubuntu images are pre-loaded on Mecabot which include all the essential ROS software packages and drivers. Our online tutorial will guide the user how to launch Mecabot and its ROS packages within minutes.
