The Robosense RS Lidar M1 is an automotive grade, solid state LiDAR specifically developed for high volume vehicles. Thanks to its intelligent enhancement of perceptual resolution, this LiDAR can enable earlier detection of distant obstacles when driving on the highway, due to the dynamic enhancement of resolution within the ROI. In addition, when driving in the city, the LiDAR can dynamically increase its frame rate, resulting in faster system response to nearby traffic conditions, making autonomous driving more comfortable. The LiDAR works with a very high resolution and fast updates with high resolution point clouds. It has a measuring range of 200m and a FOV of 120 degrees x 25 degrees.
