The RGB Dot Matrix Board w/ ATmega328 Driver Board is based on an Arduino (ATmega328P) and provides three 8+6-bit channels of hardware PWM control thanks to its LED driver. Its design allows you to easily modify or write firmware using the Arduino IDE.
