The Phidget Accelerometer Sensor is designed to measure acceleration in three axes, making it suitable for tracking the movement of various objects, such as people or robotic vehicles. Additionally, it can be utilized to determine the direction and strength of acceleration, detect vibrations, or serve as a tilt sensor.

This Phidget can be connected to a computer using a USB cable or through a VINT Hub. Capable of measuring up to ±8g (or 78.5 m/s²) in the x, y, and z-axis, the device offers accurate timestamps for plotting or performing advanced calculations.
