I recieved one motor with a small problem and within 2 days they changed the faulty motor with a new one that worked fine. The support was super! ...

About the motor, many many options (Torque position speed etc) , the software has curves to adjust the motor settings. There was not heating of the motor, has to spend much time to see how pids work. Overall very happy with the motor, i expect to learn it soon.
