Each PCB has gold plated contacts with six sewing holes of 1.22 mm, allowing them to be soldered or sewn
Requires an Arduino compatible development board or similar
The Medium BrightDot Pack is the perfect way to get creative with LEDs. The BrightDot collection is a series of small, wearable modules with one or more LEDs that can be controlled by an Arduino compatible development board.
The collection includes modules with addressable RGB LEDs that can be controlled individually. It also comes with a unique Arduino compatible board, allowing you to create something bright and wearable that is also smart.
This set includes two threefold BrightDot strips and two fivefold BrightDot strips. Each PCB is super thin and includes gold plated contacts with six sewing holes of 1.22mm (0.04 inch). Additionally, all models have backup lines to ensure that one broken LED does not affect the others.
Every LED is controlled by three wires (power, ground, and data) and can be connected via these wires to the next LED, creating a long chain of LEDs. These LEDs can be soldered into electric circuits, or sewn into clothing, backpacks, or shoes.
