The M5Stack Unit PoE-P4 w/ ESP32-P4 SoC is a sophisticated PoE Ethernet embedded controller designed for high-performance applications. Powered by the ESP32-P4 SoC, it features a dual-core processor and integrates substantial memory resources, including 16MB Flash and 32MB PSRAM. The device supports Ethernet communication with built-in IP101GRI Ethernet PHY, facilitating 10/100 Mbps data transfer. It also offers PoE power delivery, simplifying power management in various applications.
This unit is equipped with a 24P FPC display expansion interface and a 24P FPC camera interface, supporting high-resolution display and image capture. For peripheral connectivity, it includes a USB Type-C Host port and an additional USB Type-C port for OTG and firmware download, enhancing its versatility for debugging and peripheral expansion. The device also features multiple expansion interfaces, such as Hat, SDIO & ISP IO, and Grove, allowing for flexible integration with sensors and other peripherals.
Additional features include an RGB indicator LED, an infrared transmitter circuit, and a user button, which facilitate status indication, local interaction, and infrared signal transmission. This makes the device suitable for a variety of applications, including industrial human-machine interfaces, PoE smart terminals, vision acquisition nodes, smart home controllers, and edge computing devices.
