The M5Stack DMX Base is a functional base specifically designed for DMX-512 data transmission scenarios. It communicates and facilitates control with the M5 host via a serial port. This base is equipped with XLR-5 and XLR-3 male and female interfaces, making it easy for users to connect DMX devices with varying interfaces.
Moreover, the module features an HT3.96 pitch 485 interface, which simplifies the connection to Expansion 485 devices. The communication signal utilizes high-speed optocoupler isolation, and the power supply is facilitated by a unique isolated power module.
The M5Stack DMX Base includes two independent RS-485 circuits for transmitting and receiving DMX data. Users can choose between two independent or parallel operations through the internal double-throw switch. The DC-JACK interface and the corresponding DC circuit provide power to the entire equipment.
This product is ideal for various control scenarios, including stage lighting, sound equipment, landscape lighting, and color lighting.
