Maximum current consumption is 60 mA per LED at full brightness, and the power supply is from 3.3 V to 5 V
A compatible Arduino development board is required
Each PCB has gold plated contacts with six sewing holes of 1.22 mm, allowing them to be soldered or sewn
The Large BrightDot Pack is the perfect way to get creative with LEDs! This collection of small and wearable modules, each with one or more LEDs, is designed to be controlled by an Arduino compatible development board.
The set includes a variety of modules with addressable RGB LEDs that can be controlled individually. It also includes a unique Arduino compatible board that you can use to create something bright, wearable, and smart.
Each pack contains two tenfold BrightDot strips. The PCBs are incredibly thin and feature gold plated contacts with 6 sewing holes of 1.22mm (0.04 inch). Additionally, all models have backup lines to ensure that a broken LED does not affect the others.
Every LED is controlled by 3 wires (power, ground, and data) and can be connected to the next LED, creating a long string of LEDs. These LEDs can be soldered into electric circuits, or sewn into clothing, onto backpacks, or onto shoes.
