The Industrial 8-Ch Analog Output Module, 12-Bit DA Conversion, DC 7~36V Power Supply is a standard analog output module that facilitates 8-channel simultaneous output. This module is designed with Modbus RTU protocol and incorporates built-in protection circuits such as power isolation, magnetic isolation, a resettable fuse, and a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS).
The device address of this module can be configured within a range of 1 to 255, allowing for the cascading of multiple devices on an RS485 bus. It is equipped with an onboard voltage regulator that supports a wide power supply range of 7 to 36V, ensuring a stable isolated voltage.
The module also features an integrated unibody magnetic isolation, a resettable fuse, and a TVS, which effectively suppresses surge voltage and transient spike voltage within the circuit. It utilizes 12-bit DA conversion and high-precision resistors to ensure accurate output data.
Additionally, the module is equipped with an onboard watchdog to maintain stable output without system crashes. It is housed in a rail-mount case design, which supports stacking combination and is easy to install. The module also includes three LEDs to indicate the status of the MCU and signal transceiving.
This product is available in two versions: one version supports a current output range of 0 to 20mA, while the other supports a voltage output range of 0 to 10V.
