The Dragino MDS120-LS LoRaWAN Microwave Radar Distance Sensor (3000mAh Li-Ion & Solar Panel / EU868) employs advanced Microwave Radar technology to accurately measure distances between the sensor and various objects. This technology is particularly effective in environments with condensation or dust, maintaining accuracy even when water or thick dust covers the sensor.

This sensor is versatile, suitable for applications such as horizontal distance measurement, parking management systems, object proximity and presence detection, intelligent trash can management systems, robot obstacle avoidance, automatic control, and sewer applications.

Utilizing LoRa wireless technology, the MDS120-LS facilitates data transmission over extensive ranges at low data rates, ensuring robust communication with high interference immunity while conserving power. The device supports Bluetooth configuration and wireless over-the-air updates, enhancing user convenience.
