The DFRobot Gravity: BLE Sensor Beacon Pack (5x) is a set of low-power Bluetooth beacons, each a compact wireless device that broadcasts signals using BLE technology. These signals carry a unique identifier that can be detected by nearby devices equipped with Bluetooth technology, such as ESP32 and smartphones, that support BLE scanning. Notably, these beacons do not require pairing with devices to broadcast their data.

Each Gravity wireless BLE Sensor Beacon is equipped with a built-in 11-bit ADC, enabling it to gather data from both digital and analog sensors and broadcast it via Bluetooth. This allows users within the broadcasting range to access the sensor data on a Bluetooth-equipped device such as a smartphone or ESP32.

The IoT sensor node, with its built-in 11-bit ADC, is compatible with both 3.3V digital and analog sensors. By integrating a sensor with the Gravity: BLE Beacon Sensor, it can be easily transformed into a wireless sensor. This feature simplifies tasks such as monitoring soil humidity in a garden, where previously, controllers had to be placed near each flower pot or long cables had to be used for connection.

The BLE Sensor Beacon is designed for long-term applications, capable of running for months or even years on a single battery. It offers a high degree of customization, with numerous options for configuring signal strength, transmission frequency, and other settings.

This BLE sensor is compatible with iBeacon, Eddystone, and other official broadcasting formats, and also supports custom broadcasting formats. Users can configure broadcasting formats, and broadcasting intervals, and trigger broadcasting conditions through specialized configuration software according to their needs.
