The DFRobot Aluminum M.2 2280 Solid-State Drive Heat Sink for LattePanda Sigma is an all-aluminum M.2 solid-state drive radiator. The aluminum alloy slot design greatly increases the heat dissipation area, which can cool the M.2 solid-state drive to a safe temperature and avoid overheating. Depending on the environment, the cooling effect can reach 10 - 30 °C.
The radiator is equipped with a silicone gasket with a heat dissipation performance of up to 14.8 w/m.k. It adopts a full electroplating reflow soldering process. The pure aluminum electroplated passive fin group and pure aluminum electroplated base provide excellent heat dissipation performance. The heat dissipation area reaches 4500 mm² and uses a single tube and double joints. Welding machine technology provides the ultimate cooling experience.
The radiator adopts a double-sided clamp design and is equipped with 4 height-adjustable screws, which is suitable for M.2 SSD of various heights, ensuring stable installation and better protecting M.2 SSD.
The radiator also uses advanced heat-conducting pads, made of nano silicone grease material, which has good thermal conductivity. The gasket is soft and malleable enough to be compatible with the uneven slopes of the M.2 SSD surface, and the low-viscosity design will not damage the SSD warranty label.
