The BlueRobotics O-Ring Flange 130mm / 5" is designed to create a high-pressure watertight interface by sealing to a tube on one end and to an end cap on the other. This flange is compatible with both flat and dome end caps, as well as custom-made end caps, providing versatility in its application. Constructed from anodized aluminum, it features dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring, ensuring reliable high-pressure sealing.

The flange incorporates a locking cord gland and an anti-rotation feature, enhancing its stability and security when attached to the tube. It includes PTFE locking cord and locking cord handles, which are essential for securing the flange to the tube. The flange is specifically designed to be compatible with watertight enclosure tubes that have precision machined features at each end, facilitating a seamless interface.

Additionally, the flange is equipped with internal mounting holes, allowing for the secure attachment of internal components. This feature is particularly useful in applications such as the BlueROV2, where it is used to hold the electronics tray securely in place.
