The BlueRobotics 125 mm / 5-inch O-Ring Flange seal to a tube on one end and to an end cap on the other, creating a high-pressure watertight interface when used with flat or dome end caps. These flanges, made from anodized aluminum, feature dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring to ensure reliable high-pressure sealing. They also include a locking cord gland and an anti-rotation feature, along with PTFE locking cord and handles to secure the flange to the tube.
These flanges are specifically designed to be compatible with watertight enclosure tubes that have precision machined features at each end. Additionally, four internal mounting holes facilitate the secure attachment of internal contents, a feature utilized in the BlueROV2 to hold the electronics tray.
