The Air Quality Sensor Combo Board provides an efficient way to measure the atmospheric quality in any space. It utilizes the popular CCS811 and BME280 ICs to measure barometric pressure, humidity, temperature, TVOCs, and equivalent CO2 (eCO2) levels. Communication is possible through the I2C protocol.

The CCS811 is a highly sought-after sensor, capable of providing readings for equivalent CO2 (eCO2) in parts per million (PPM) and total volatile organic compounds in parts per billion (PPB). Additionally, it has a feature that allows it to fine-tune its readings if it has access to the current humidity and temperature. Thus, the BME280 was also added to the board to provide humidity, temperature, and barometric pressure readings so that the sensors can work together to give more accurate readings than they would be able to provide on their own.

The PCB is carefully designed to not influence the readings of the BME280 sensor, as the CCS811 heats up a bit. With the Air Quality Sensor Combo Board, you can easily obtain reliable and accurate data about the air quality in your living room or any other space.
