The MadLab Electronic Kit - Bagpipes is an audio oscillator similar to the Wonky Wire. It is capable of producing eight different tones ranging from about 5kHz (5000 cycles per second) down to about 300Hz.

To use the Bagpipes, one needs to move the stylus wire up and down the network of resistors R1 to R8 that make up the keyboard. As each resistor is touched, the voltage at the end of the stylus changes.
