The BlueRobotics WetLink Penetrator - LC (5 Pack) (M10 - 6.5 Mm) is a compression gland cable penetrator designed to seal electrical cables as they pass into a device or enclosure. This next-generation solution offers a low-cost, high-pressure, and highly reliable method for sealing electrical cables, rated to a depth of 95 meters (3,116 feet) when used with tested cables. The WetLink Penetrator is distinguished by its ease of installation, requiring no adhesives, potting compounds, or rubber molding, and can be assembled in seconds using typical hand tools.
The design involves a cable and rubber seal being installed into a bulkhead and then compressed to form a high-pressure seal, which also secures the cable and provides strain relief. Extensive testing and validation have been conducted, including exposure to high pressure, extreme temperatures, high electrical current, accelerated aging, and mechanical strain, ensuring the products reliability. While the WetLink Penetrator can be used on various cables, official specifications and validated reliability apply only to specific tested cables.
