The BlueRobotics WetLink Penetrator - HC (5 Pack) (M10 - 6.5 Mm) is a compression gland cable penetrator designed to seal electrical cables as they pass into a device or enclosure. This next-generation solution offers a low-cost, high-pressure, and highly reliable method for sealing electrical cables, rated to a depth of 95 meters (3,116 feet). Unlike traditional subsea connectors or penetrators, it provides validated reliability at a fraction of the cost.

The WetLink Penetrator can be installed in seconds without the need for adhesives, potting compounds, or rubber molding, making it an exceptionally user-friendly solution. The design involves a cable and rubber seal being installed into a bulkhead and then compressed to form a high-pressure seal, which also secures the cable and provides strain relief against tugging or pulling.

Extensive attention to detail ensures absolute reliability, with rigorous testing and validation processes involving thousands of samples under extreme conditions such as high pressure, temperature variations, high electrical current, accelerated aging, and mechanical strain. The results demonstrate a level of reliability suitable for various applications.

While the WetLink Penetrator can be used on a variety of cables, its design has been officially tested and validated on specific cables. Official specifications apply only when used with these tested and validated cables. Assembly can be performed with typical hand tools, although the use of the WLP Plug Wrench and WLP Assembly Block is recommended for ease, especially for multiple assemblies.
